Leah Gray currently serves as the Director of the Lifetime Learning Center at Jackson State Community College.  She has over 20 years of management experience in retail, manufacturing and education and spent 15 of those years working in human resources and safety.   In addition to her duties at JSCC, Leah works part-time as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and is a licensed dispatcher for Med-Center EMS in Madison County, TN.   Leah is former graduate of Leadership Jackson, Leadership Gibson County and WestStar and works with the Community Emergency Response Team in Madison County as an adult and teen trainer, along with being one of the team leaders for Madison County’s disaster animal rescue team.   She also serves as the Chair of the Local Emergency Response Committee. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, 18 hours of Masters level work in Criminal Justice, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
